#7: fruity yogurt breakfast with cornflake crunch

Sorry for posting that late again, I had my first day at work today and just relaxed in front of the tv the last hours :-D
Here's another yummy and simple recipe, this time for breakfast! If you eat it right after preparing, it will be crunchy but if you want to prepare it and take it with you in a jar - no problem, it won't have a crunch but will be tasty anyway for sure!






You need:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cornflakes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy yogurt (or flavor of choice)
- 1/2 tsp coconut sugar / agave syrup
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 kiwi fruits, sliced
- 1 tbsp almonds, sliced



How to do:
Mix cornflakes, soy yogurt and coconut sugar with a spoon and layer with the fruit and almonds. Don't let it sit for too long, otherwise it will lose it's crunch ;-D
